Album 5: Twin Owls Hike
Page 2
The trail goes up, down, and level several times as you get closer to the base of the Owls.
The Owls are getting closer after a mile or so of hiking
Once you get to the base of the Owls there are nearly vertical rocks ahead.
There are steep paths between the vertical rocks where you can climb and scramble to get higher
The rocks have plenty of little caves and places for critters to hide.
A skilled rock climber would probably have no trouble getting up here. But that is too dangerous for me to try.

There's a view of the rocks as I scramble up some very steep paths between the boulders.
This is the view of what lies ahead as I scramble higher over the rocks.
This is the view of what lies behind me as I scramble higher over the rocks.
